Best agent from start to finish despite barriers to sale. We love Helen Shaw because she followed through and took us seriously, despite the chance that after paying for the advertising we may not have followed through with the sale, because it was dependant on whether we would purchase another property or not. We had contacted other real estate agents who we informed we were wanting to sell but only if we bought another property we really wanted but we never heard from them to sign up. When we contacted Helen Shaw she followed up straight away and even though my husband had covid at the time, she was able to work with viewing the house via his phone so that we could get started. She was straight up which we really liked because then we knew what to do to put our best foot forward for selling. Our house was a royal messy clutter, she said 'less is more' and 'shove things into cupboards'. We got to town and tidied up. She then did a walk through giving more suggestions about where to place things for the photos and open home. During open home season, she gave us very detailed weekly reports on how the property was being responded too. This included the open homes themselves and any advertising. She also messaged straight after Open Homes to let us know who had been through and any other key information. We also liked her working with Grace who was awesome at the prompt paperwork, following up and more. Helen and Grace's communication was excellent!!! We also sold our house in a timely manner with them due to the follow up they do with interested parties. Trust Helen and Grace, they are a great team and know what they are doing! Being locked out of Auckland just as we hit the market was a little disconcerting to say the least. We were unable to do all the final preparations for the property and were left a bit helpless. Helen has just made everything so simple and logical for us.
